The first place to check for Christmas Spectacular Tickets is www.ticketmaster.com. There are a couple of problems with this method, however. First and most annoyingly, last time I searched for tickets on TicketMaster I got a page saying "Your wait time is approximately 6 minutes" just to FIND SEARCH RESULTS. Then the page timed out before it finished searching. I tried again several times, but I kept getting shut out by TicketMaster's server. It's frustrating and very off-putting when I try to shop on TicketMaster and I can't even get into the site. The next problem is that if you can get to that results page it often says "no tickets available" because they sell out almost immediately when they go on sale. Especially for the Christmas Eve and Christmas Day shows.

My new favorite place to buy tickets is www.ticketliquidator.com. It's a ticket broker web site that sells tickets from hundreds of small ticket sellers, which means that 1) they're never ever sold out, not even on Christmas Eve, and 2) the prices are sometimes even cheaper than the face value of the ticket. Unfortunately it also means that 3) the prices are sometimes much much higher than the original value of the ticket. But for last-minute availability, great customer service, and the option to choose the exact seats I want and have them shipped to me overnight, I don't really mind.
